I'm officially recovering from Everest marathon and so I'm not training formally at the moment. This week I'm starting to do a bit of running and swimming to start loosening the muscles. Not easy as my work load is ballooning at the moment. Next week though I start the long hard and painful journey to IM western Australia.
It promises to be a long ride but an enjoyable one. There are going to be a bunch of races along the way and with GoTriathlete.com launching at the end of the month I reckon I'm going to be spectating at a bunch of others ;)
