Good Session. Headed to the pool a little late but as feeling strong decided to up the distance to 10x100, 5x200 and 2x500. Went well though stroke as becoming a bit ragged on the last 200m or so.
Felt a lot stronger and really happy in the water - especially considering no paddle and pull buoy. Happy bunny am I.
