I'm feeling pretty fit and strong at the moment. I am so tempted to get a plane up to Langkawi at the weekend and ghost the swim. Or volunteer to be a last minute entrant in a relay team.
I've come a long way since I started training in November and am certainly already stronger and fitter - though without the stamina - than I was when I did my last Ironman. What am I going to be like in December?
