Woke up with a thick head as I'd left my sinusitis medicine at work and felt like shit. Onto the treadmill 5 minutes later and belting out a hi cadence at about 7 or 7.5mph. Did that for 10 minutes and then did 8.5mph for another 20 before dropping back down to 7 for the last 10 minutes. All fairly straight forward. Dark and raining when I started but light and raining when I finished. Did about 5 miles,
