OK feeling a lot stronger and fitter now. Some poor sessions this week - Monday swim being one. The trend is upwards as expected and its enjoyable. Timing of sessions are OK though I suspect I am generally working a bit hard on a lot of them. Trying to get my head round what easy, moderate and fast really mean for me.
Life is becoming hectic so the sessions work as a great stress reliever, agression focuser and time to work lots of things out in my head.
This Sunday the Salomon X-trail run X-country in my fiver finger if I have a place. Will know on Saturday.
