OK. Still not doing very much exercise. The key it appears is in having a maid. With 2 of us working full time, Maya to look after, the house to clean, MBA and 2 or 3 businesses . . . Well there is always something that needs doing, and more importantly alays needing to catch one of Senay's balls, as she catches mine (no rude comments please).
So the the focus is on getting a maid. That will then free me up pre-0730 in the morning and let me get a session in then. Equally it will free up the 1500-2100 period where I either tend to be looking after Maya FT or doing other family roles as Senay does it.
So new maid - please arrive soon! I want to run!
