Coincidentally on Friday I also did my first run since IM Langkawi. Ran up the hill at the back of AT along the track and then did a bit of off road stuff. Great fun and very relaxing.
Lack of exercise is getting me down a bit now and alcohol consumption has rocketed which is worrying. So trying to work out the right compromise ith home life and spending time ith the family and regular training - together ith a good target to train towards.
Still we are going climbing most weekends and my upper body strength is improving.
