T - 175 - Stretches - Saturday 6th September

Today the stretches were pretty straightforward and only took about 10 minutes to do. Focusing on flexibility I worked my shoulders first with rotator cuffs, book ends and shoulder girdles. A bit of core and back work with a cat stretch and then hip and leg work with the hurdler walk and cradlers.

HAd a big chunk of water melon and some tea and now ready for breakfast and a bath. :)
