T -223 Saturday 19th August - Day Off

As I was leaving Malaysia for a couple of weeks from Sunday we took the day off and drove up to Bukit Fraser.

At first I thought that the cycle up would be fun but whilst it didn't seem as steep as Genting it was a lot longer. The descent would also be a lot more taxing due to there being more curves and a much narrower road.

Still I heard that there a couple of guys around who have done it and it may be doable. Especially once Shen has passed her test and could provide support. :)

Run was scrapped as the least important of the weekend workouts.
