Given the disruption that going to the UKL caused to my schedule - effectively killing off week 4 and week 1 of the new period - I counted them as null weeks.Any training achieved is beneficial - but the schedule wasn't going to work.
So I've now started another 4 week cycle. I'm going to repeat the previous one - and then get into the 20 week training plan properly
So today was an off day.
