Wow. I am euphoric. I have boundless optimism and energy. Over the last year and a half as we have set up the business, had a baby and done little training I hadn't realised how much of a grey shadow I had become. Life is vibrant and fully technicolour.
OK. It is jusst the endorphins but when I look back to 2005 and 2006 when I was last training I was so full of energy that I really relished life. now I have a great job, a great family, I live in a great place - I've got to keep training to make life even better. :)
