Went out along Damansara Sunway and did 4 x 20s sprints with 2 minute recovery. Legs felt like lead on home leg and felt shattered when got home.

Little post exercise appetite and thirsty but not wanting to drink.

Lessons learnt:

GPS: don't leave it on over night.

Too many traffic lights on Sunway Damansara for comfortable sprinting. Penchala link may be better even with the hill climb as less traffic.
