T - 233 - Paid

I paid today! I couldn't suss out the pay pal mechanism so the kind guys at the organisers sent me their bank details and I paid by MEPS Giro.

So just waiting for official confirmation but I am committed now.

Mid week I'm feeling pretty good. Food consumptions has gone up and the stiffness down - though I am finding it difficult to arrange stretching sessions. Most nights I am pretty tired and fall asleep very quickly. It's going well
