Left calf and shoulders feeling very stiff so popped out at lunchtime for a massage. I'd been recommended a sports massage out by KL Sentrul but with no car that is a tough journey.
So I dived into the near massage pelour and had a traditional Thai massage. Left calf still feels as if there s a brick in it but overall I feel looser and I got some great ITB stretches.
Not sure what the best way forward will be - I think more stetching, a regular Thai massage and a once a month sports massage unless I can find one near by.
