Totally screwed up the session. Instead of 8x100, 4x200 and 2x400 with no aids I did 8x100, 2x400 and 1x800 with paddle and pull buoy.

About 9 1/2 minutes each for the 400's and just a bit less NEGATIVE SPLIT :) for the 800 :)
