Stiff legs today for the first time in ages. I was hobbling around like I'd just done a marathon. Great.
What was bad was that I'd had 2 glasses of wine last night. Fun at the time watching the start of heroes season 2 but it gave me a stinking hangover. No alcohol is increasingly seeming like a better option. 6 O'clock came and went and I got up to change Maya at 6:44
This morning's semi-planned strength stuff didn't happen but not too worried about that as today was meant to be a rest day anyway.
Plan for tomorrow is to get up early and do at least 1 up and back on the trail behind the house. It's not far but its a quick and easy way of getting a good hill plus some trail running in before breakfast.
