Friday was a bit of a manic day as we prepared for the exhibtion and got everything ready. I think I missed out on the run but did get down to the pool for a swim. I did 2 eight hundreds. one with paddle and pull buoy and one with tshirt and pull buoy. Felt good and citibank water was actually clean!
