I was tempted to avoid this post - but no. Screwed by my brick I went home and swam in a barell of beer and didn't emerge until Monday.

Hi Welcome..
In a whimsical moment I entered Ironman Langkawi 2009 to get fit. I needed a challenge and somehow I just entered.
Now years on I keep finding new races, new challenges; performance is a way of life.
