I made the mistake of leaving my bike repairs until 0530 on Tuesday so having got them fixed I set out. After a while on the road I noticed a bump - bump - bump. Whoops - the tire was bulging over the rim by the valve. I cut the session down to an hour and did sprints up and down Sunway Damansara - 4 x 1 1/2 minute efforts before heading home.
