Realised that lots of things in my life needed sorting out. Revised my schedule to take into account all the things that I have to do and added in some core workouts on a daily basis as I'm simply not doing my stretches regularly enough.

Did the assessment in TriPower by Fredian and Smith on core strength.

Organised my balcony to store all my stuff and felt very good at the end of the day. Also a bit twitchy needing to do more exercise. :)
