Felt good enough to go to work but still had cramping. Went to the Doctor who diagnosed my as having food poisoning and mild "colitis". Charcoal pills and anti-cramp pills. Decided to do no exercise as felt sufficiently out of it.

Felt very weak and miserable. Chronic stomach cramps. I'd been nauseous in the night and sleept with duvet and no fan or air con as I was cold!

Moped about all day and didn't feel hungry at all. Barely glanced at new bike and definitely wasn't cycling on it.
