A few shots of me in action today running from TTDI to Mont Kiara via the jungle
Late start to the run - as didn't have a car. Not much too say really. Easy on the flats - ther weren't any. Fast downhill - not that fast as still working on foot control to really boost aerobics. Moderate on the uphill. Well a 20 minute x-country uphill usually boosts your heart rate :)
