Business Planning

We didn't take my bike to New Zealand as excess luggage would have been the best part of £1000 so I swam and ran instead as we set up the business. That was the last time I wore my wetsuit I think - but it was glorious. Run in the morning - usually 10k often 20k, and then a swim across the bay in the evening. :)
